This is an exciting time at Opals as we continue to grow and soon move into new premises. As part of our growth and transformation strategy we are now looking to recruit a further Operations Coordinator to our planning team.
In this role you will work alongside the team administrator to ensure that all project paperwork is complete and systems are updated in accordance with client and internal requirements. Assisting the Planning Manager in the delivery of forward work programs, ensuring visibility of pipeline gaps or bottlenecks, ensuring the resolution of problems and issues in the delivery of projects. There will be regular communication with the client to provide updates, information and other communication, as well as the allocation of work to engineering gangs to ensure maximum utilisation.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to learn quickly, be IT literate, flexible and able to multi task. In return we offer training opportunities and a chance to progress as the business grows and develops.
