Duties of the Training and Compliance Coordinator:

  • Ensure all engineers are fully accredited as required for their role
  • Source and book any required training
  • Audit My Compliance training platform
  • Provide Opals inductions for all engineers
  • Liaise with Stores Team to ensure equipment required for training is available and ready for use
  • Complete subcontractor deduction form for Engineers training costs
  • Assist engineers in maintaining their NOPS accounts

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in working in a training role
  • Willingness to be responsible for end to end completion of a task
  • The ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a HR team desirable but not essential
  • Be a competent IT User (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A great attitude, a fantastic work ethic and a desire to learn
  • A team player within the HR team
