Operations Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team as we continue to grow our business in one of the most exciting sectors within the UK.

This role will be working with engineers across multiple regions and cities, seeing a project from its commencement through to its completion, being part of the team, which is connecting customers to full fibre network at home and work.

This is a Monday-Friday, office-based position.

Our ideal candidate has great administration experience, able to work as part of a team and can be flexible in line with changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • To be a part of the Administration team which supports delivery of projects on time and to budget.
  • Ensures all project paperwork is completed and systems are updated in accordance with client and internal requirements.
  • Liaison with field engineering teams regarding status, Job Pack and supporting documentation.
  • Generation of reports linked to Project and Engineer Performance.
