We believe that Health and Safety is of paramount importance and our team has grown significantly to ensure that as a responsible employer we ensure that everyone at work must be safe from injury or harm.

 

To show our commitment to Health and Safety we have implemented leading edge Health & Safety systems that assists and advises our operational teams in developing and implementing best practice.

 

Our audit systems allows us to make a detailed analysis of both our site-specific and company-wide health and safety performance which allows us to easily identify where improvements may be needed and to help share best practice throughout our disciplines.

Environmental

We’re committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

We are dedicated to integrating environmental responsibility practices into our overall business strategy and operations to develop environmental awareness and responsibility amongst our employees, partners and customers – this is reflected in our company Environmental Responsibility Statement.

 

The key points of our strategy to achieve this are:

  • Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
  • Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of fleet and the source of its power requirement.
  • Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers.
  • Source and promote products which minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
  • Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to our operations.
  • Use an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.

    We aim to implement practices that promote economic security, social improvement and environmental stewardship and will strive for continuous improvement of performance in these areas.

    Quality

    Our Quality Management System for controlling and checking standards of service to customers, quality of workmanship and materials, is implemented via a robust Quality Management Process comprising of written policies, working methods, procedures, controls and monitoring.

     

    All of our services are monitored and controlled by use of a bespoke database where programming, scheduling; works allocation, progressing and completion are all monitored.

    All of our programmes are monitored by an assigned supervisor who arrives on site to carry out in-progress works checks for compliance with the Specification and Quality Procedures. Compliance with all necessary Health and Safety requirements is also undertaken during this time using checklists, written procedures and the use of our Health & Safety checking Mobile Application.

     

    Each project is part of Programme Delivery Function and assigned a Project Manager and Support Team who are the main point of contact for all liaison and communications connected with the project.
